Summer Workouts: FVHS Men’s Soccer

-Workouts are open to any 9th-12th grade FVHS student for the 2013-2014 school year.

-You must have a physical and a concussion form on file at FVHS to participate.  Forms must be within 1 year of original date.

-Workouts are OPTIONAL! 

- There will be conditioning sessions and skills sessions provided this year.   Conditioning will be from 8-9.  After a short break we will begin with a short skills session and then play pick up from 9-10.   Players need to attend the conditioning session to be able to participate in skills and pickup. 

- Players must wear shin guards and cleats to participate in pick-up games.

-Players must provide their own WATER!  Water will be provided at try-outs and practices.

-Our Focus this year is building a team not individuals and sportsmanship.  These qualities will be coached and enforced through out the preseason and into the regular season.

-Players must attend all 2 days of tryouts to be considered for a position on the team!  (Coaches may use their discretion on this ruling).

Conditioning/Pick-up dates and times:

All sessions will be from 8a.m. until 10:00a.m.

June  Pick Up and Conditioning Dates:  18th, 20th, 25th and 27th.

July Dates:  9,10,11,16,17, and 18


TRYOUTS:   August 1st and 2nd            8-10am

***Wear a solid white t-shirt to have your number written on for tryouts!

1st PRACTICE:        August 5th (8-11a.m.)
