Anyone interested in participating in summer workouts must have an updated and completed physical on file. The physical must be on the updated 2016 form found on the website.
We will have workouts on the following dates from 8:30-10:
6/15 (Wed.), 6/16 (Thurs)
6,/20 (Mon.), 6/22 (Wed), 6/23 (Thurs)
6/27 (Mon), 6/29 (Wed), 6/30 (Thurs)
7/11 (Mon), 7/13 (Wed), 7/14 (Thurs)
7/25 (Mon), 7/27 (Wed), 7/28
All dates and times are subject to be changed. Please make sure the coaches have your contact number in case there is a change. Look forward to seeing you there
